GAS SENSORS

Doped graphene showed enhancement of the detection limit and response time. Graphene – metals, metal oxides, polymers, quantum dots, nanowires hybrids perform the detection of wide range of gases over designated temperatures enhanced sensing response and high selectivity

PHOTO DETECTORS

The graphene is used as the active element in this design, and the detector also uses nickel/aluminum (Ni/Al), hydrogen silsesquioxane (HSQ), and buried oxide (BOX).
